small pool areaterrace inattentiveness
The outdoor pool area felt cramped. IT seemed too small considering HOW many guests the hotel holds. I also found the lack of attentiveness on the terrace frustrating. We waited almost thirty minutes before having to find someone OURSELVES to take our order. I didn't expect that.

amazing experience!

great staffvaried menuexpensive parking
the staff were amazing, polite, and helpful. the outside pool with green tiles facing the ocean reminded me of miami. the menu was varied and very tasty. the seafood cocktail was amazing!!!
the car park charged £27 per night. finding alternative parking was difficult, as side streets required permits. i was frustrated by the added expense and lack of convenient options.
Location

the hotel offers easy access to the pier and shaded walks down to the beach. a general shop sits nearby if you need anything. i also saw an italian restaurant and a chippy just a minute away.
Dining

The hotel served breakfast options with continental or cooked choices. the wine list was perfect. matt, the barman, created a cognac and apple cocktail for my wife. It was delicious! the food was AMAZING!!!

My sea view suite had a bath. It overlooked the outdoor pool. The decor had nice elements, too (i loved the paintings!).
Dining

I was given a table on the balcony. It overlooked the pool, with a sea view. The afternoon tea presentation and variety were better than other hotels I have visited.
